Celtic Airs

Celtic Airs

Scotland, Ireland, and Wales --- the Celtic lands of the British Isles --- are beloved worldwide for their transcendently beautiful lyrical tunes. Timothy Seaman --- a Scotch-Irish/Welsh American born in West Virginia and living in Virginia --- is a lyrical stylist on the extended-range hammered dulcimer and flutes. A life enamored with these profound treasures yields a distinctively personal outflow of joy and fond yearning. Timothy is joined here by Ardie Boggs & Ann Robinson on Celtic harp, Bill Gurley on fiddle, Howard Nilsen on accordion, Peter Budnikas on bagpipes, and Henry Smith on keyboards and bass for a rich and sweet Celtic experience.
